- A coach will help you focus and challenge you to clarify what it is that you truly want for yourself.
- A coach will help you define what you are really seeking – not what you once thought you wanted, not what you were supposed to want – but what you really do want in and for your life.
- A coach will help you discover any mental stumbling blocks that may be holding you back.
- A coach will help you generate ideas and determine the next steps to help you move forward and achieve the goals you have set for yourself.
COACHES ARE A SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR CHANGE
- With support, encouragement and accountability from someone who believes in us, we can do far more than we would accomplish alone.
- A coach helps you stay on track, overcome obstacles and convert your want-to into concrete steps that get done.
COACHING IS CONTINUOUS PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
- Coaches don’t give solutions: they help you solve your own problems.
- Coaching is helping you learn instead of telling you what to do.
- By leveraging every situation to build your capacity as a person, coaching prepares you to conquer much bigger challenges in the future.
